1. Order Acceptance
   All orders placed on Sera Hogar are subject to acceptance. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
2. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we may not be able to stop the order, but you can still initiate a return once the product arrives. To cancel, please contact us at sales@serahogar.com with your order number.
3. Changes to Orders
   If you need to change or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments before the order is processed.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
   If your order is canceled within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After that window, standard return policies apply.
